I went to Walker's in Athens, GA to day drink on my 27th birthday, due largely to the fact that on my previous birthday, I experienced the worst break-up of my life. I came out to find all of the accessories on my bike had been stolen, so I drunkenly pushed my bike home. I wrote this song 15 minutes later.
I still hate my birthday.
lyrics
My mind still feels the same
Three hundred sixty five days
Circular visions of time
That I can't perceive
It was different then
Some guy stole
The light
Off of my bike
And it was my birthday
I guess he didn't know
Did she know?
And does it even matter now
Still seems worse
Somehow
